As an emotionally informed trauma expert, author, and astrologer with over two decades of experience, my passion is helping you heal, rediscover your authentic self, and boldly claim the life you’re meant to live.
My Journey: From Healing to Guiding
My path began with my own healing journey as a trauma survivor. I delved into astrology, metaphysics, and Eastern philosophy, traveling the world and immersing myself in ancient wisdom. This led me to become a Journey Practitioner, an Evolutionary Astrologer, a Past Life Regressionist, a Life Coach, and a Tarot Reader. I even spent four years studying native healing techniques – knowledge often lost in our modern world.
Using a unique blend of holistic methodologies, I not only overcame decades of pain but discovered my true calling: to share this profound gift of healing and empowerment with others. In 2005, I earned m Coaching Certification and founded Padma Life Coaching, dedicated to providing tools to experience life free from worry, anger, resentment, and pain. My memoir, “…and the Lotus Opened,” published in 2020, shares my personal story of finding freedom and trusting in The Divine and my inner self.
